About the Event
It's your job to get your spouse to heaven...Have you ever heard of such a thing? Join us for a marriage reflection led by Deacon Adam Conque and his wife Marianne as they remind that both the struggle and the beauty in marriage are important in becoming holy.Â
Some may say words like 'holiness' and 'virtue' are old fashioned...We are here to dispell this myth and shine the light on some truth!
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states, "a virtue is an habitual and firm disposition to do the good. It allows the person not only to perform good acts, but to give the best of himself." It is through the repitition of particular practices and behaviors that individuals and couples acquire the virtues necessary to journey well with each other to heaven.
